- Secure handling of sensitive documents and confidential materials
3. Booking and Appointment
To schedule an office clearance service, the Client must contact Office Clearance Neasden via the preferred communication channels. Upon confirmation, a mutually agreed-upon date and time will be established. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the premises on the scheduled date.
4. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the services rendered by Office Clearance Neasden. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payments must be made in full upon completion of the clearance service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Any additional services requested by the Client may incur extra charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the clearance service, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to Office Clearance Neasden. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
Office Clearance Neasden strives to handle all items with care and professionalism. However, the Company is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to items prior to clearance
- Loss of items unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Damage to property resulting from structural weaknesses beyond Company control
The Client is responsible for informing Office Clearance Neasden of any fragile or valuable items prior to the commencement of clearance services.

Information will not be shared with third parties without the Client's explicit consent, unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
